The structural integrity of the Historic Woodstock Opera House is in need for a structural assessment & improvements.

Scope of Work

HOH will include the following:

• Conduct up to four (4) site visits to measure and document the existing structure

• Coordinate selective demolition of existing finishes to allow limited observations of areas that are concealed

• Provide a bid package for selective demolition and patching

• Perform bid evaluation of contractor bids

• Evaluate the existing conditions based on the original capacity of the member, component or assembly

• Provide recommended structural repairs, where required G. Provide an order of magnitude construction estimate for structural repairs.

Deliverables include:

• Selective demolition and repair drawings, issued for bid

• Structural Evaluation Report, signed and sealed by an Illinois licensed structural engineer
