Mr. Garcia has over 20 years of extensive experience in the management, estimating, project coordination and quality control/assurance of projects. The scope of the projects he has worked on include projects containing architecture, engineering and environmental testing. Mr. Garcia is knowledgeable in an array of areas, including but not limited to; project management, project scheduling, environmental property assessments, demolition projects, asbestos inspections, lead inspections, management planning, air sampling, and asbestos abatement projects. In addition to his engineering project experience, as President of GSG Material Testing d/b/a The HOH Group, Inc., Mr. Garcia oversees building operation, through delegation and directing agendas, to driving profitability and managing company organizational structure, strategy and communications.
