Project Description

The overall project intent was to build out a 6,400 SF tenant space within the recently constructed medical office building located at 9450 Calumet Avenue in Munster, IN.  The clinic consists of (12) exam rooms, (2) intake rooms, Blood Lab, Reception & waiting room, Check out, Patients and staff toilets, Storage rooms, Doctor's office, (8) scheduling workstations, (10) MA workstations, Manager's office, Break room, Utility Rooms. Since this was a design-build project delivery, we provided design and construction administration services with the general contractor.

Project Description

Our project scope was to provide schematic design of the program required, design development, and construction documents services to obtain permit from the State of Indiana and City of Munster.  Included as part of the overall scope was conducting a thorough ADA assessment to confirm areas in need of upgrade and providing design solutions to satisfy the current Indiana Accessibility Code
