Project Description

Replace the entire façade of a 13,600 SF of Wall area of the existing Pekin Campus building with a new appearance and design features. Included in the façade replacement was replacing all of the openings, including windows and doors.  Also included was roof replacement.  The intent was to match the new EMS Vehicle Storage that was complete in the Workforce Training Project Package.   Part of the work performed was to design a screen wall around existing HVAC outdoor units front of building, taking into account aesthetics with the new facade.

Scope of Work

HOH services consisted of the following:

• Assessment and report of the existing façade with associated backup wall and provided recommendations.

• Provide design options and associated budgetary construction cost estimate in response to assessment and recommendations.

• Produce permit and bid documents and provide construction administration services.
